Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Milad Hosseinpour, who operates Loopy (“we”). By using Loopy you accept them. If you get Loopy from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
The membership
- Using Loopy's groups needs a Loopy Membership: $0.99 per month in the US, or the local price shown in the App Store. Browsing public groups is free.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The membership renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and use your real name or a name your group will recognize. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use Loopy.
Groups, organizers and in-person activities
Organizers run their own groups: they decide who joins, set the rules, and can remove members. Loopy helps people organize; it does not run, supervise or insure the activities themselves. Sports and other physical activities carry a risk of injury — take part at your own risk and within your own fitness and health. Arrangements between members (such as sharing costs of a field) are between them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Loopy to harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; to post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or that you don't have the right to share; to impersonate someone; to spam; or to interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Report problems to support@loopyglobal.com.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it's meant for, only to run Loopy.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Loopy available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change features. If we change these terms significantly, we will tell you in the app; continuing to use Loopy means you accept the new terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Loopy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Loopy and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.
